New Drugs Hit the Market, but Promised Trials Go Undone

I have had some people ask me if MonaVie is approved by the FDA. MonaVie being a food, and not a drug -- MonaVie does not require FDA approval. When I read this article below, I thought of those people who obviously depend on the FDA to protect them to some degree.

I wonder what their response to such findings written in the NY Times would be?
