Taste of Home Entertaining, Inc. is a subsidiary of The Reader's Digest Association, Inc., Pleasantville, New York.
As a key element of a larger strategic plan, RDA acquired Reiman Publishing and their flagship magazine, Taste of Home in 2002. In April of 2005 Bill Shaw joined Taste of Home Entertaining, Inc. as President and began the process of founding a new direct selling company as an extension of the Taste of Home brand.
The 49-year-old Shaw came to RDA after a distinguished career in direct sales which included the launch of one of America's most successful party plan companies. Shaw is highly respected among his industry peers, has served on the Direct Selling Association's Board of Directors and currently serves on the Direct Selling Education Foundation Board as a Director. Bill is joined by his wife and co-founder Robin Shaw, Vice President of Consultant Services. Robin has more than a decade of party plan experience, including serving as President of a direct selling company.
Other officers include David Wilkinson, Vice President of Technology and, Howard Halligan, Chief Financial Officer.
