Ageless Xtra Not So Xtra-ordinary Afterall

As of late -- there has been discussions on the blogosphere -- in regard to Bo Short's Passport Company joining Oasis Life Sciences.

Oasis Life Sciences Facts Contests-- From over on Qblog

Obviously, AgelessXtra is not as proprietary or unique of a formula as one might have thought -- before reading this news of comparisons from a company that has alledgedly has stolen the Oasis Life Sciences- AgelessXtra Formula.

As a matter of fact, you can get the "EXACT SAME THING" -- minus the AgelessXtra Serenex corn extract. Consumers can buy the alternative product, for same money, bigger bottle.(innocent until proven guilty of course)

Now this news break from the Rocky Mountain Press:

>Let me get this straight. A >competitor rips off the formula >of a product and you say "look >that product is not so unique, >someone else has the same formula"?

Yes, Ty -- you got this "one " straight. ;-)

AgelessXtra is not so unique after all the "hype" and critisims of others products -- that you post online.

The fact is -- that there is someone else that has the same formula that AgelessXtra Reps are promoting. AgelessXtra is being promoted by yourself and other AgelessXtra reps, as a product with utter uniqueness and exclusivity to the marketplace.

My point is that it is that the formula is not unique at all. (emphasis added)

>Then (a person promoting a >product with ZERO nuttitional >content) has the nerve to call >Ageless Xtra a potion.

I think I am safe to guess that you are referring to me as "a person" in this previous comment and Monavie is the "product" you are referring to "with ZERO nutritional content."

As for MonaVie having ZERO nutritional content -- since you are stating this in more than one place as your smear marketing continues from one company to another -- even though it has proven to be damaging to your business -- here you go....

MonaVie is all-natural product comprised of a blend of 19 hand-selected fruits from around the world. No additives, and .1% of a preservative -- required by law.

*The MonaVie Active has the 19 fruits as well as added all-natural Glucosamine and Celadrine, period.

Ty, you do recall your personal promotions in Passport for the Glucosamine product "Joint Health" as one of your favorites -- don't you?

MonaVie is a product with the headlining Acai Berry -- which was listed in Dr Nicholas Perricones book the Perricone Promise -- as seen on Oprah Winfrey Show -- Perricone lists the Acai Berry #1 in his top 10 finds for the worlds most nutritious foods list. (NYT bestseller 26 weeks, prior to MonaVie launching in Jan 2005.)

Are you saying that you think fruit has no nutritional content?

You must have missed some lessons in basic nutrition Ty. Didn't someone teach you the importance of eating your fruits when you were growing up? ;-)

MonaVie formula isn't hard to understand or explain to people. When you do not have to introduce, and convince them with "exclusive" formulas and ingredients with new names and numbers, they get it pretty quickly.

There are over 100 different studies that are now available that support the benefits of fresh fruits, and the essential roles they play in keeping us healthy and living longer. Do some due-diligence, the information is abundant and forthcoming.

I do not tout MonaVie as anything more than what it is -

MonaVie is a functional health beverage, which delivers 7 daily servings of 19 different LIVE Fruits (freeze dried from vine to bottle.) MonaVie delivers high amounts of many different phytonutrients, anti-oxidants, polynepherols, amino acids, flavanoids, anthocyanadins, and Omega Fatty Acids 3,6, and 9 from the Acai Berry.

By drinking 2 (1 ounce servings a day) one gets the government food pyramid recommended 7-9 servings of fruit/veg per day. (most recently raised from 3-5)

Have you had your 7-9 servings of fruit today?

>How much Brig Hart scripture have >you had to listen to in order to >come to these conclusions?

PS -- I think it is pretty tacky that you reference scripture as belonging to Brig -- as you profess to be a Christian. The only scripture I have ever heard Brig quote wasn't written by Brig and he did not claim it to be his own, rather he gave credit to his creator whom he calls God. But hey, this is your right to post on public forums Mr. President -- rock on Ty.

Just came across your site. It does appear that you are not addressing the questions posed by Ty T (ORAC Score, for example) and I wonder how much you actually know about Ageless Xtra and the manufacturing standards employed in the making of the recipe. I would say you are very UNinformed. That is unfortunate since your site does not lead credibility when you don't come from a place of true knwing. Probably doesn't say much for your product, either. If you would like to consider an objective comparison, then you can talk.

Rebekah,

This original post was linked to a news release that stated factual information.

You obviously did not read my prior responses to Ty in the comments.

Few questions for you Rebekah:

Do you think that Ty's statements of MonaVie having ZERO nutritional content intelligent or informed?

Are you a Agelessxtra distributor?

Are you in Ty Tribble's downline?

If you are familiar with Ty and his marketing strategies -- you may understand more clearly that imho -- these type of questions are inappropriate and deserve no answers from me to him.

Now with that said -- here is an explanantion you may want to consider before starting your gun slinging on my blog.

Reality is -- I have tried to post on Ty's 2 blogs where he was first to discredit MonaVie with ZERO nutritional value.

My responses to these questions have been deleted on both his blogs.

Therefore, if you or anyone doing sincere due-diligence desires answers to these questions -- I will glady answer you personally off the board.

I refuse to go back and forth with Ty or anyone, it is non-productive and honestly I am too busy building a business to argue who's product is better with someone like Ty (meaning someone who puts down others/businesses to build their brand.)

I have been guilty of occasionally sliding into that behavior in the past, and I no longer wish to do partcipate in such.

FYI -- I personally sampled Agelessxtra prior to discovering MonaVie, and did extensive comparisons, before making my decision to build my business with MonaVie, as my product supplier.

I think that Agelessxtra is a decent product. I made my decision based on side-by-side comparisons of many elements other than a ORAC score (which btw is only one of many elements that should be considered when evaluating a nutritional product.)

After deciding on product, science, taste, and uniqueness of MonaVie -- I then examined the business opportunity -- in doing so, I compared the compensation plans, marketability, medical teams, and management teams -- just to name a few specifics. After doing my personal due-diligence, I chose MonaVie.

I encourage you and/or anyone to do the same -- do your own due-dilligence and make your own conclusions.

If you are genuinely interested in learning more about MonaVie, you can call me and I will be glad to answer any questions you may have. If you are interested in promoting and/or defending Ty, please don't waste your time or mine.

You can email me at: jgiebeig@yahoo.com and we can make an arrangement to speak on the phone, and I will explain ORAC, NORAC, and HORAC, as well as the relevance of variety, moderation, and balance.

P.S. I had prepared a lengthy response to Ty's questions, that I would be glad to share with you -- if I feel it is warranted. I did not post it on the board to avoid further back-and-forth mud-slinging.
