MonaVie--A Debt-free Company

On April 5, we held a shareholders meeting in Salt Lake City, Utah, where we repaid the loan from MonaVie’s original investors in full, almost a year earlier than required. In doing so, we can now say that MonaVie is not only a profitable company but also a debt free company. Congratulations to everyone! MonaVie is in great financial shape and poised for a bright future thanks to the combined efforts of each and every one of you.
